Security

  • Exterior doors automatically lock at 7:50 a.m.
  • Visitors to the school must be buzzed in at the front door and then proceed to the office for a visitor name badge.
  • Please be prepared to show your state-issued ID card to receive your name badge.
  • Thank you for helping keep our school safe!

RH Angel Tree

It's time for RH's annual Angel Tree tradition! The Angel Tree supports our school families that need a little extra love and magic over the holidays. Families in need have filled out gift tags, and families who are interested in adopting an Angel Tree family will then choose a tag and anonymously purchase the gifts requested by the family.

A few Angels are still available for adoption and we are also seeking $25 Walmart gift cards (15 to 20) to be included for families. All items (unwrapped) should be taken to school on Thursday, Dec. 6. The gifts will be given to the families later in December.

If you have any questions or need to make arrangements for a different drop off time, please contact Laura Patton at laurajonespatton@gmail.com.

Live Thankfully

RH is partnering once again with Live Thankfully in feeding families this Thanksgiving. With your help, we will give Thanksgiving dinners and groceries to families in need. These families are adopted through our school and other Fort Worth schools.

Last year we donated more than 5,000 items to the Live Thankfully program, and the Student Council raised an additional $1,500 to help pay for Thanksgiving meals!

The food drive runs through Friday morning, Nov. 15. You may bring the non-perishable goods (including all canned veggies, canned soups, canned meat, boxed potatoes, bagged rice, dry pasta, boxed macaroni and cheese, paper goods, peanut butter) to RH.

For more information, check out livethankfully.org or call 817-946-6563. Like them at www.facebook.com/livethankfully.

Winter Wear Store Open

The Winter Wear store is open again here, and there are also a few new goodies! You can order online now through Nov. 28, and the items will be delivered on Dec. 10. Limited quantities of the most popular items will be sold at lunch and after school this Thursday, Nov. 15. Cash or check only for the onsite sale.

The first order of Winter Wear went home with your child on Tuesday, Nov. 13 unless you paid for it to be shipped.

Shirts are approved to wear on Fridays and the hoodies and jackets are RH approved winter wear and can be worn anytime. Thank you for supporting Fifth Grade Fundraising benefitting fifth grade trips! Contact Naomi Gelineau with any questions at naomi0617@gmail.com.
