Announcing Our Newest Texas PTA Honorary Life Members
  • At our RH PTA Closing Luncheon last week, we honored our newest Texas PTA Honorary Life Members – Twila Allan, Crenesha Cotton, Jena Daniels (Mrs. Brown’s sister), Jennifer Ledesma, Tom Crane (Chess Club).
  • The Texas PTA Honorary Life Membership Award is one of the highest PTA honors that may be bestowed to individuals for outstanding service to children and youth. Recipients are people who have contributed significantly to the development of the work of the PTA. Presentations of life memberships are made to publicly recognize individuals who have given in the interest of the young people of Texas.

  • If you plan on going to your student’s classroom, having lunch with your student, or getting an early dismissal, you must follow these procedures:
  1. Stop at the table in the lobby—worker will check your ID against the student’s emergency card. Your name must be on the emergency card to go to the classroom, have lunch or attend class parties.
  2. Receive a sticker, and then you may proceed to the classroom or the lunchroom.
  3. If you are signing out a student, your name must be on the emergency card. Sign the child out at the table in the lobby.
