Two More Out-of-Dress Code Days Benefiting Live Thankfully Campaign This Wednesday, Nov. 28, and Thursday, Nov. 29
  • Students may purchase out-of-dress code wristbands tomorrow, Monday, Nov. 26, and Tuesday, Nov. 27, ($3 each for use on both days) to be worn this Wednesday, Nov. 28, and Thursday, Nov. 29.
  • All money raised will go to Live Thankfully.
  • As always, basic dress code guidelines must be followed.

Thank You, RH Community!
Once again, our RH community made a significant contribution to the Live Thankfully Food Drive! Thanks to everyone who brought items for the food drive, bought wristbands for out-of-dress code, bought T-shirts and made financial donations. We had a successful result and appreciate all who contributed. Thanks, also, to those who were able to attend the sorting and bagging event at Stripling Middle School and helped sort and bag food at the Party with a Purpose at Southwest Christian School.

We contributed about $2,000 cash for Thanksgiving meals and 4,542 food items. We appreciate all grade levels and teachers who added incentives for their students.

The results by grade level were:

·     Pre-K: 348
·     Kinder: 484
·     1st: 611
·     2nd: 403
·     3rd: 948
·     4th: 270
·     5th: 1,478

Congrats to 5th grade who will duct tape Mrs. Cotton to the wall later this week!

We are very proud of the Student Council for heading up this project and working so hard to help families in our community who needed assistance.

Angel Tree
  • It's time for RH's annual Angel Tree tradition! The Angel Tree supports our school families that need a little extra love and magic over the holidays. Families in need have filled out gift tags, and families who are interested in adopting an Angel Tree family will then choose a tag and anonymously purchase the gifts requested by the family. Thanks to all who have adopted our angels!
  • We are also including $25 Walmart gift cards for each family and are need of 12 more gift cards. If you are interested in purchasing a Walmart gift card, please contact Laura Patton at laurajonespatton@gmail.com
  • All unwrapped items need to be clearly labeled and taken to school on Thursday, Dec. 6. The gifts will be given to the families later in December.
  • If you have any questions or need to make arrangements for a different drop-off time, please contact Laura Patton at laurajonespatton@gmail.com.
