Walkathon 2018
Walkathon is our premier fall event in which everyone participates–students, families, teachers, staff, RH neighbors and community members walk 1.5 miles through the neighborhood, and we are confident that YOU will want to “Saddle Up” with us once again to support our students. This year, Walkathon is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 5.
Last week, we raised more than $16,000 for Walkathon! Thanks to all our Mustang families and sponsors who have already contributed. We’re off to a great start!
  • Congrats to Mrs. Maxon’s class who raised the most money last week and were treated to sweet treats from Sweet Treat Cakes. Whose class will raise the most this week?
  • Keep those donations coming, and remember that no donation is too small. Everyone can participate.
  • The Walkathon T-shirt/sponsorship deadline is this Friday, Sept. 21.
  • All information, including forms, is also available on the RHPTA website under Fundraisers/Special Events or click the following link:
  • Also, we have made sponsorship easy via the following link: My School Anywhere
  • Check out some of the exciting things planned leading up to our big day on Friday, Oct. 5.

Calling All RH Parents!
Want to be more involved in your child’s school? Volunteering is a great way! We have many events throughout the year that need volunteers to be able to run smoothly.
  • A form recently went home in student folders listing all of this year’s events needing volunteer help.
  • Please check which events you would like to help our parents out with, and the event chair will contact you.
  • You must have passed a background check to volunteer.
  • Return the form sent home in student folders last week to your teacher or email Ashley Sanchez at
